The main challenge in this project was the complexity and scope of work required within a limited time frame. The modernization had to be carried out without disrupting the operational capabilities of the ship, which required a highly coordinated approach to manage extensive renovations and installations effectively.
Our strategy for addressing the project requirements involved meticulous planning and leveraging the extensive expertise of our team. With a large and skilled team of 36 specialists, we divided the work into parallel processes, ensuring that each task was executed with precision and in harmony with the others. This approach allowed for a seamless renovation of the restaurant and rapid replacement of bathroom modules.
Thanks to our commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we successfully renovated the drivers’ restaurant, improving its aesthetics and functionality, and modernized 32 bathrooms to contemporary standards. The project was completed to the satisfaction of our client, M/F Tom Sawyer, within an ambitious timeframe of 24 days, demonstrating our ability to handle complex renovations with efficiency and professionalism.
